First Kart USA's AJ Whisler is a long time veteran of the Karting industry. With over 18 years of karting experience as a driver and karting engineer, AJ's ability to take young drivers and mold them into champions has been his forte. His work ethic and well rounded knowledge of Data Acquisition, engine and chassis tuning, as well as driver coaching earned his spot Co-Engineering 1986 Indy 500 winner Bobby Rahal's karting team, overseeing Bobby's son Grahams karting career in 2002 and propelling him to one of the highest paid "Tuner for hire" in the industry.

AJ has been able to apply the learned knowledge from his own driving to relating to customers from eight to eighty years old through First Kart and as a Bondurant Superkart Instructor under fellow karter Alan Rudolph. AJ's passion for driving and for the sport of karting in general is second to none, and available to any First Kart USA Team Driver or customer.
